Don Wood was a passionate lifelong learner. Inspired by the proverb, “From the tiny acorn grows the mighty oak,” he believed in investing in people. In his honor, the Don Wood Foundation awards grants to nonprofit organizations that help people develop skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, and advanced manufacturing.   

We support the development of leaders which honors Don Wood’s philosophy of leadership.
