Carmen joined the foundation staff in October 2021. Serving as the Program & Communications Associate, she is responsible for assisting the team with program duties and providing communications support with events and announcements.
Carmen has spent most of her career in manufacturing and brings six years of project management experience to the foundation as well as six years of 80/20 product experience.
Not only is she a graduate of Leadership Whitley County and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at Purdue Fort Wayne in organizational communications, but she also serves on the Peabody Public Library Board of Trustees.
