The Don Wood Foundation partners with Questa Education Foundation to provide funding for northeast Indiana residents to pursue a college certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree in specific fields (see list below). Students directly out of high school, currently in college, or adult learners are eligible to apply.
Students can receive up to $5,000 a year as a forgivable loan through the Questa Scholars Program. Scholar loans are up to 75% forgiven when students graduate from a partner school and live and work in northeast Indiana for five years after graduation.

Current high school seniors and first year college students apply through the Traditional Scholars Program.
Adult learners and college students (sophomore and above) apply through the Contemporary Scholars Program.
