Camps, Clubs, & Competitions Grant Awards for May - July, 2026
Don Wood Foundation officials announced awards totaling $145,965 to 16 organizations through the Camps, Clubs, & Competitions Grant Program for the duration of May to July. The Foundation accepts grants for Camps, Clubs, & Competitions year-round, unlike some of its other grant programs.
“Summer camps are happening across our community and buzzing with activity,” said Nadine Baker, program officer for youth engagement, Don Wood Foundation. “We’re proud to support many hands-on learning and career exploration opportunities for youth.”
Since Jan.1, 2026, the Foundation has awarded a total of $319,315 to 29 organizations through the Camps, Clubs, and Competitions program, improving access to high-quality, hands-on learning experiences for young people from preschool through high school throughout northeast Indiana.
Activities that are often awarded, but are not limited to, include camps or clubs that provide STEAM experiences or programs, robotics clubs, competitions, and STEAM-related classroom tools and activities.
