4 County CTE Study (2023)

This 4-county study explores how technical education is shaping the future workforce in DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble, and Steuben counties. Conducted by TPMA in partnership with the Don Wood Foundation, the research uncovers key strengths, challenges, and opportunities within the regional CTE ecosystem, with a special focus on how well programs align with workforce needs in a manufacturing-driven economy. The findings offer an important window into what is working, where gaps remain, and what it will take to better connect students to high-value career pathways.
