Julie joined the Foundation staff in June 2021 as an Executive Assistant and was promoted to operations manager in November 2022. She is responsible for overseeing all office operations for the Foundation along with Executive Assistant to the President/CEO, the Board of Trustees, and Committees.
An alum of Purdue University Fort Wayne, Julie earned a bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a minor in Psychology and an Associate Degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision with a concentration in Office Supervision. She has over 30 years of experience in office supervision and organizational management.

Share something significant to you related to your family
I grew up in a household with parents that were in the medical field and armed forces (Air Force Branch) which led to my organizational skills and structure.
What is your favorite holiday?
My favorite holiday is Christmas. We used to celebrate Christmas in both October (due to family members going to warmer climate) and December. It was also my mom’s favorite holiday of the year; we used to bake a lot during that time.
What is your favorite hobby?
My favorite hobbies are Crafting (scrapbooking, and cross-stitching), Tap Dancing, and Photography, which is a new one. I would love to try stain glass projects.
