Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because fall is a beautiful season, and I enjoy cooking. Most of all, I love spending time with family and friends and sharing a meal together.

I have liked the Chicago Cubs for decades mostly because they were the underdogs, and I thought that they needed more fans. Despite breaking the curse when they won the World Series in 2016, I continue rooting for a Cubs “W.”

The best part of yoga class, besides shavasana, is my improved outlook on life afterwards. It brings me peace to move intentionally, calming my mind while I do something good for my body.
