Program Officer for Youth Engagement

Nadine Baker

Nadine joined the staff in August 2022 as the grants and scholarships manager. She was promoted to program administrator in September 2023 and took on the role of program officer for youth engagement in November 2024. In her current position, she collaborates with educators and nonprofit leaders to support programs that impact youth from preschool through high school. She will coordinate the foundation's investments aimed at creating a pipeline of young innovators in northeast Indiana.

Nadine has more than 15 years of experience in nonprofits, primarily in higher education, with a focus on CRM management, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy. She graduated from Grace College with majors in Psychology and Criminal Justice.

What is your favorite holiday?

My favorite holiday is Christmas. The lights, the music, and the joy of watching my kids experience the wonder and excitement of it all are magical and wonderful.


What is your favorite hobby?

My favorite hobby is reading a good book.


What is the best Fun Committee activity we’ve done in the office?

Mac Into Mischief. Our office Elf On The Shelf, Mac, spent the holiday season getting into mischief. It was great to see the creativity of his adventures.
