Steve joined the foundation staff in January 2021 as the financial and administration manager. He was promoted to director of finance & administration in November 2021, and then vice president in August 2023. He serves as the point of contact for Foundation operations, including financial, human resources, and office systems management.
Steve is an Indiana University alum and brings more than 15 years of experience in financial and operational management leadership, with expertise in accounting and finance, operations, risk management, and facilities. He is a member of Delta Sigma Pi, Financial Executives International, Association for Financial Professionals, Northeast Indiana Human Resources Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Risk and Insurance Management Society.

What is your favorite hobby?
My favorite hobby is running. I enjoy the adventure of planning out where I am going and heading out. There is a total freedom in running. All the stress of the day/week just melts away.
What is your favorite holiday?
I enjoy Christmas the most. It is less about the gifts given/received, although they are much appreciated, and more about spending time as a family making cookies, traveling, and having fun.
What is the best Fun Committee activity we’ve done in the office?
The annual ugly Christmas Sweater competition is by far my favorite. The entire staff has a great time competing to win the “Jordan” trophy each year. Always a blast!
