Camps, Clubs, & Competitions Program

Expanding Hands-On STEAM Experiences Across Northeast Indiana

The Don Wood Foundation is dedicated to building the next-generation manufacturing workforce by inspiring young people through early, hands-on STEAM learning. The Camps, Clubs, and Competitions Program aims to expand access to high-quality, student-centered learning opportunities that spark curiosity, build confidence, and empower students to build, lead, create, and solve real-world problems. By cultivating leadership skills, technical competence, and an entrepreneurial mindset, these experiences will equip students to thrive in dynamic, innovation-driven manufacturing careers -strengthening both their futures and their communities.

Designed for Pre K–12 students across northeast Indiana, this grant program helps schools and youth-serving organizations create transformational educational experiences—from robotics clubs and STEAM camps to classroom-based engineering challenges and competitions.
